What type of signs do you make?
Almost every kind of indoor or outdoor signage from vinyl cutting to light boxes to neon to 3D letters. Send us your ideas and reference pictures and we’ll discuss what the best solution with you.
How do I get a quote?
The easiest way to get a quote is to email us your design (in AI/PDF/EPS format). We will reply to you within 24 business hours.
What is the time frame?
Vinyl and printing normally take two to five business days. Other signs like light
boxes, channel letters and neon signs will take two to three weeks. Rush orders are negotiable.
Do you do installation?
Yes, we do. Please send site picture and address for accurate estimate.
What color options do I have?
Many color options are available, please see the variety on our resource page.
Do I need a permit for my sign?
In New York City, any outdoor signage over 6 square feet, illuminated or nonilluminated, needs a permit. If you need, we can help you apply for one.
What is the difference between traditional neon and LED neon?
Traditional neon is made of glass and distributes light more evenly. LED neon is
made of plastic, making it more durable.
Can neon and LED neon be dimmed?
Yes, both are dimmable. You can purchase an easy-to-install dimmer for your signs at any hardware store.
Why is my neon sign making a buzzing sound?
Every neon sign runs on high-voltage electricity. When the neon wires touch each
other or nearby metal, the magnetic field changes and the power efficiency drops.
Unplug the sign and carefully separate the wires to resolve the issue, or give us a call and we can help, too.
My neon was broken, can you fix it?
While not every issue can be fixed, we’re confident that we can help in most cases. If you’re nearby, you can bring in your neon sign for a quick diagnosis or just email pictures. From there we’ll let you know how long the repair will be and for how much.
